The funniest thing happened the other day. I found all these old photos of us and i went to go call you and realized that I didn't have your new number.

When you left me, us, where did you go.I'm thinking it was far away cause i never hear from you. I miss you . My calendar marks the date of remembering. Isn't that weird how people do that? Celebrate the day of the dead. I passed a letter lying on the ground and saw your face in the shape.

Sometimes, at night i look around and i see your paintings hanging. They fade into the walls like the image of your face in my head. I always see your hands so clearly still. I'm sorry where did you say you went too? I made a joke last night that no one laughed at. I smiled cause i thought i heard you laughing at me.

You know what i was thinking about? Fall bike rides.When we used to ride our bikes till dark. Prolonging the summer for as long as we could. I never ride my bike,just to enjoy the sensation of warm nights.We should go for a ride next weekend. I cry sometimes,while i drive .I hear a song and have to remind myself not to think of you. It's to late and the tear will slowly slide down reminding me of all the regret of not being there for you.
