I can't seem to find much on Jack Stuck.I can't even remember what I saw or where?

Gentleman Boy With a Guilty Smile

I'm happy they're starting to pick up in America
A rising visionary? ..cue end of world music
you've got to be joking me,right?
This is what is wrong .
To say that this person is an icon and the uncompromising voice of fashion .
Some body needs to lose their job.
This is the best this girl has ever looked and will look.
I'm being super nice here too.
Hipster Muse: HA!
Artist Series
H.Curtis does this wonderful web movies and mini documentaries.

I find them incredibly inspiring.I often watch them and then get motivated .
The artist series are some of my favorites.
It's worth spending some time watching them.
They're not so long, entertaining, informing and for a web film, they look pretty amazing.

Retesting Your "L" Senses
Look:
When i lived in Seattle I had a part time job.
I worked the 11pm-4am shift.
The building was this beautiful faded brownstone
Totally out of character for the street, for the city.
With these huge greying windows.
I worked on the top floor in a room with one phone and one computer
My job was to monitor the phone sex,for the gay men lines
It was quite an "ear opening experience" for me a young virgin at the time.
However, on breaks I got t hang out with the guys and we talked about music and
owning dogs and whether or not Oscar should go back to school to become a teacher..good times, good people.
I adore the short animations of Arthur de Pins
Listen:
conversations over dinner
i got a new one today..it's shiny and has a lot of songs on it already
Learn:
I'm learning new dance steps. I watch this over and over
I'm on my way, I Have the hat and the clapping down.
I need to guys to complete .
I believe I've mentioned many times how
Boy Meets Girl is one of my all time favorite films
and that Leos Carax i think is a brilliant film maker.
See I told you so,just have a look at this scene. It's So beautiful! one of my favorite.
a perfect scene, magic everything about it...It even has a Bowie song.
Poke in Real life
This pretty much sums up how i feel about facebook , myspace and all those other sites that i somehow managed to get suckered into signing up for then wondering..now what.
more giggles
R.I.P.

Pain cause by the death of one that you loved is the most difficult of emotions to deal with
to understand to move on from.
The daily reminders of what was and what could have been for the upcoming years.
Journeys together gone forever
the tears they cause
the laughter
the motivation
You've guided me through many hard times.
You were there with me everyday. There was not one day in the last 3 years that I've know you that i have not turned to you and turned you on and pushed that shuffle button
Alas those days are gone.
I am not angry at you for that frowning face you gave me yesterday.I am not disappointed.
I know it was just your time. Your time to join the many others. Your time to be by the side of my mini pink that died last year...it was your time. However, the time i did spend with you were some of the most musical times i have ever had.
good bye my sweet ipod you will be missed. At least till noon today when i go in and replace you...Kinda like a gold fish

Dear Mom and Dad: Why America is F*&k'ed

Before he did the video post he sent a letters to his parents.
DEAR MOM AND DAD: I know you raised me well, and taught me how to speak and behave like an appropriate adult and all that, but,Jess asked the question and I got all fired up and then started swearing like a sailor. These things happen. Don't excommunicate me.
light reading options
This months Atlantic is the Special Fiction Issue 2008.
The Atlantic is i believe the oldest short story literary magazine around. That was up till the decided not to publish short stories every month. People had a hard time accepting this. Little did they know the Atlantic had something up their sleeve and lo and behold. The Fiction issue arrived.Tricky bastards..
You can read some online but i suggest you grab a copy and read them while sitting in a hot bath. This gets the pages all wet the best part about reading in the bath.
A selection of some of short stories doesn't often hold my attention for to long. I always find myself reading half of the book of shorts. I read this whole magazine and really enjoyed most. Especially one in particular .I was softened by the story " The Second Coming of Gray Badger" By Carter Simms Benton.
In Short...
"The Second Coming of Gray Badger" tells the story of two brothers traveling around 1070's America with a stolen racehorse, trying to win enough money to bail their horse trainer father out of prison.
Benton writes in a lovely prose, very minimal and spare. Leaving the reading wondering and wanting. Which is his purpose. It's a grand gesture to the love of writing.A great thing for the love of the reader. I read he is now writing his first novel.

Asleep At the Wheel
I havent adjusted back to LA time . I've been getting up at 5:30 am.
Watching: more of the brilliant BBC documentary
Listening to: The Whitsundays all morning
Adding to the pile another book.
When did they start doing trailers for books?
not even domestic but the international one at that.
I didnt have any sound but it's worth watching ever lovable second
A different name ,a new killer band..
Nate online
Since when did 16 year olds become so......
S. asked me to do a playlist for my day:
my answer was "I hit the shuffle button"
So S. asked me to do an actual playlist and to listen to it to see how it would affect my day.
So I hit party shuffle and then burned a copy of whatever the tunes picked for me.
Realizing that I must just be opening the gates to a bunch of mocking from friends revealing some of my dubious music tastes..i think most knew already though.

dinner with a side of broken neck
New York was hot and humid ,full of expensive art books. I ran out of clean clothes and had to pack a suitcase full of stink. I will start posting photos when i get the nerve.
mustache's = swell
I'm learning to get my groove on from one of my favorite sites
I've been reading through Philip Larkin. Collecting his words
and storing them in the back of my minds file cabinets
The opening to this poem was something I could relate too.
"They fuck you up,your mum and dad.
They may not mean to,but they do.
They fill you with the faults they had
and add some extra, just for you."
dinner with "friends" is always nice with laughter and awkwardness .
Especially with heels and jazz shoes.

it could of all been one post

However, how exciting is it that i have so much to say about
oh,not much!
I can't stop listening to She & Him
it is quite frankly the band I wish I was in.
Or at least a voice I wish i had.
Also it makes for great daydreaming music.
Great installation on a hot day music.
a dream collection..begins
I am making it a life long goal to collect all of these.
Just look at the colors, the shapes.
I of course will accept any as gifts. Heck the whole collection is only $6500.

A Pocket Watch never lies
I leave for New Orleans in September.
I am having a love affair with the idea of New Orleans.
I also love pocket watches, cause my grandpaps had one.
I love OCMS. Here are a few favorites. I was certainly born to be a fiddler in a old time band. I missed my calling ,I think I was sleeping that day.
But nothing beats Gillian Welch and Old Crow..
singing on of my all time favorite songs

i heart
My first record i bought was this 7 inch
I played it so much in the first week.My sister came into the room took the record
off the player and smashed it to bits.
Turned to me and said
"gag me with a spoon"
I cried for days, I was very sensitive.
